Silence is a virtue Empty
PostSubject: Silence is a virtue   Silence is a virtue EmptySun Jan 22, 2012 6:07 pm

Tom had been seated at his desk for a while, just staring at the same spot on the wall. He often did this, it was a great way of thinking. That along with torturing the other kids here at the orphanage was something he often did. He thought it best to alway be ahead of the others so he locked himself in his room to plot their downfall.

He alone was better than all those here put together. The stupid head care worker and her drinking, the little boy who thought it good to get in his way, the older boy who thought it was okay to push him around. A small smile appeared on his face. All of them were pathetic and one day, one day they would all pay.

(Mind if I join? I don't know if Tom would have told Malfoy about the Orphanage, but, well, yeah.. >_>")

Abraxas grunted from the feeling of side-along apparition, glaring at his father who only looked down at him with distaste. It wasn't like it was his fault that he didn't like the feeling - and it almost ruined his hair, too! That's just not right!

Walking forward, he sneered at the look of the Orphanage. He felt sorry for Riddle who had to live here for the time spent away from Hogwarts; however, he would never show it. If there was one thing he might even know a bit about him, it was that he hated pity. Maybe.

"Riddle!" He called out as he entered the Orphanage, getting a glare from an ugly Muggle woman. "It's Abraxas!" He shouted once more, still ignoring the glare and the look his father sent him for being undignified. Oh well.

Tom almost jumped at the sound of his name. He had been sat in silence for so long now that even the simpliest of sounds was deafening. Slowly he got to his feet and made his way to the stairs. He didn't feel the need to hurry. They could wait, he didn't rush around for anyone.

"Abraxas? What are you doing here?" He asked as he began to descend the stairs. If anyone who didn't know who he was walked in just then, they would have presumed he was from a rich upbringing with the way he held himself.

"Mr Malfoy, Sir. Pleasure to see you again." He said with a polite smile. He always turned on the charm for those outside of his inner circle.

"Why do you think I'm here? It's almost time to go back to school," Abraxas grinned, looking between his father and Tom in amusement as they greeted each other.

"The pleasure is all mine, Mr. Riddle." His father had initially disliked Tom when he found out that he lived in a Muggle orphanage, but that was until Abraxas had told him about the other boy being the Heir of Slytherin. Since then, the older male had taken a cooler approach to him.

Coughing slightly, Abraxas tilted his head to the side.

"Will you be coming with us to Kings Cross, or have you got, hm, plans for it already?" He asked curiously, looking at the Muggle woman in distaste as she sneered at them. As much as he could put up with them, there were just some of them that were impossible to like.

Tom looked off to the side, ignoring Malfoys comment. One day no one would dare to speak to him like that, and that day couldn't come soon enough. "Oh yes school. I had almost forgotten." He lied making his way down the rest of the stairs.

He gave Mr Malfoy a small smile. He still couldn't stand to be addressed by his birth name, but he said nothing to draw attention to himself just yet.

"I planned to go alone." He said trailing off as his eyes moved to look at the muggle woman he loathed so much. He preferred to do things alone. It gave him time to think and plan his next move. People got in the way of that and asked too many questions.

"Almost forgotten.." Abraxas muttered under his breath, rolling his eyes slightly after looking away from the other boy. Despite the fact that Riddle was smaller than him, he could be super intimidating when he wanted to be - not that Abraxas would ever admit that. At all. Nope.

"You su~ure?" He pouted, looking over at Tom again. ("And why is that Muggle woman still there?" He thought to himself, looking at her weirdly.)

"It's awful lonely when you're by yourself~" He said again, blinking at the other boy and grinning brightly.
